On March 21 and 22, BASAN marked its second participation in the Career Guidance and Professional Integration Forum organized by the Malagasy Association of Human Resources Directors (amDRHe) and the Catholic University of Madagascar (UCM). The event took place at UCM and brought together many students seeking advice for their professional future.
On this occasion, BASAN hosted a booth dedicated to helping young people integrate into the job market and offered mock job interviews. This allowed students to better understand recruiters’ expectations and effectively prepare for future job applications.
More than 100 people benefited from the advice and guidance provided by the group’s representatives. This initiative is part of the company’s commitment to supporting the younger generation in preparing for their careers and future lives.
